Common questions

How do I connect to TrackBase?

TrackBase is API-first. Generate an API key and call the REST API to set up monitors, link competitor sources, and pull data. For alerts, configure email and Telegram delivery per organization.

Can I push data into my own systems?

Yes. A monitored page can call a webhook in your system when it changes — one destination per monitor today. You can also pull data over the REST API or export extraction results as CSV or Excel.

What about Slack, Zapier, or my store platform?

Those aren't available yet. Slack and Discord alert channels, plus store and marketplace connectors, are on the roadmap. Today you can integrate through the REST API and webhooks, with alerts by email and Telegram.

Is there an extra cost for integrations?

No. The REST API, webhooks, and email & Telegram alerts are included on every plan. Monthly API request volume scales with your plan — see the pricing page for details.
