These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrackBase's website, applications, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your users, and the data you submit.

• Do not misuse the services or attempt to disrupt them.
• Do not use the services to violate the rights of others.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to upgrade. You can cancel self-serve plans at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

TrackBase monitors publicly available pricing and product information. You agree to use the data lawfully and in accordance with applicable terms and regulations in your jurisdiction.

TrackBase and its licensors retain all rights to the services and related software. You retain rights to the data you submit. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the services.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackBase's liability is limited as described in your order or applicable agreement.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends.
