Competitor Price Tracking

Competitor price tracking that catches every undercut

Link competitor sources to the products you track. TrackBase checks them on the schedule you choose, keeps price history, and alerts you by email or Telegram the moment a rival drops below you.

The problem

Manual price checks can't keep up with the market

Competitors change prices constantly. By the time a spreadsheet check catches a drop, the sale is already gone — and the data was stale before you finished pasting it.

  • Spreadsheets go out of date the moment they're filled in
  • Nobody finds out about a price drop until a customer does
  • Checking many competitor URLs by hand simply doesn't scale

How TrackBase solves it

Continuous competitor monitoring with undercut alerts

Add the products you track, link competitor sources to each one, and let TrackBase compare prices on a recurring schedule. Price history is kept automatically, and undercut alerts reach you by email or Telegram.

  1. 1

    Add tracked products

Add the products you sell or reference through the REST API.

  2. 2

    Link competitor sources

Attach competitor URLs to each product for price comparison.

  3. 3

    Get undercut alerts

TrackBase checks on the schedule you set and alerts you when a competitor undercuts you.

What you get

  • Price history

Every check is recorded, so you can see how a competitor's price moved over time.

  • Undercut detection

Set a threshold, re-alert on further drops, and alert once per episode — with cross-currency comparison.

  • Email & Telegram alerts

Undercut alerts reach your team without watching anything. Competitor price-change alerts are included on Pro and above.

Monitor on the schedule you choose

Undercut alerts are sent once per episode — not repeatedly for the same situation — with a threshold you set and re-alerts on further drops.
