Common security questions
Is TrackBase SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. TrackBase maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, with annual third-party audits. A copy of our report is available under NDA — contact our team to request it.
How is my data encrypted?
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Access to production data is restricted internally on a least-privilege basis.
Do you support SSO and role-based access?
Yes. Enterprise plans include SSO/SAML, role-based access control, granular team permissions, and audit logs so you can govern who can see and change what.
Does TrackBase access private account data on the sites it monitors?
No. TrackBase only collects publicly available pricing and product information. There is no account access or private data involved in monitoring.
