Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance that powers metered work like crawling and AI-assisted extraction — granted and reset at the start of each billing cycle. You choose how often your monitors run; more frequent checks simply use more credits. Paid plans can add Credit Packs for extra usage (pricing announced soon). Billed monthly, in USD, via Stripe. If a paid plan lapses, your account falls back to Free-plan limits — no data loss.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you evaluate TrackBase at no cost. It includes 50 monthly credits and entry-level limits — enough to experience the product end to end. It's an evaluation plan, not sized for ongoing production use; upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready to run for real.
How do credits work?
The subscription grants platform access, capabilities, and plan limits; credits meter your usage. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance for metered work like crawling and AI-assisted extraction, granted and reset at the start of each billing cycle (credits don't roll over). Per-action credit costs are still being finalized, so until they are published, metered actions are not charged against your credits.
How often can my monitors run — is faster checking a paid feature?
No. Monitoring frequency isn't gated by plan. On every plan you choose how often your pages and products are checked; checking more often simply uses more credits. Plans differ by included credits, tracked products, users, competitor sources, and capabilities — not by how fast checks can run.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Paid plans include a free trial — 14 days on Starter, Pro, and Business, and 30 days on Enterprise. The Free plan needs no trial because it is a no-cost evaluation plan.
How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. A payment activates a billing period; upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect immediately.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately at the new limits. If you cancel — or a paid period ends without renewal — your account falls back to Free-plan limits with no cutoff and no data loss.
Do unused credits roll over, and can I buy extra credits?
Included monthly credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and reset each cycle, so they don't roll over. On paid plans you can buy Credit Packs for extra usage on top of your allowance without upgrading — Credit Pack pricing will be announced soon. Free-plan accounts can't purchase Credit Packs.
Is annual billing available?
Billing is monthly today. The platform supports annual billing, but annual prices have not been set yet, so we only offer monthly plans for now.
How will I be alerted when something changes?
Alerts are delivered by email and Telegram. Monitored pages can also push change events straight into your own systems via webhooks. Slack and Discord are not available yet.
Which plans support JavaScript-heavy sites and competitor price-change alerts?
JavaScript-rendered (dynamic) page support and competitor price-change alerts are included on Pro, Business, and Enterprise. The Free and Starter plans do not include them.
