How much does TrackBase cost?
Plans start at $39/month (billed annually) for the Starter plan, which covers up to 500 products. The Growth plan is $119/month for up to 10,000 products with real-time checks and automated repricing. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact sales for a quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can monitor real competitor prices during the trial and only pay once you're ready to continue.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Self-serve plans have no long-term contract — if you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
How are 'products' counted?
A product is one SKU in your own catalog that you're monitoring, regardless of how many competitors you track for it. Tracking the same product across 10 competitors still counts as one product.
Do you offer team seats?
Yes. All plans support multiple team members. Growth and Enterprise add role-based access control so you can manage who can view, edit, or approve repricing rules.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before you hit a limit and suggest the right plan. We never stop monitoring without warning — your data and alerts keep running while you decide.
